The true colors test is an excellent way of understanding yourself and others. When you know what your core values and needs are, you can perform at your highest potential in every area of life. Explore the different colors and discover which type represents you.

8 Social Skills That Lead To Success

Building strong emotional and social skills is critical for emotional well-being and life success. This course focuses on interpersonal skills, adaptability, stress management, general mood, problem solving, happiness, and flexibility.

Me, Myself, and I: Self Concept and Self Esteem

The way you feel about yourself, or how you rate yourself is called self-esteem. This has to do with understanding who you are, accepting yourself, feeling confident, and liking yourself. This class encourages students to identify what makes them unique and embrace it.

Expressing Your Feelings

Emotions can feel overwhelming- sort of like a roller coaster ride. Students will develop self-awareness and gain skills to regulate and manage their emotions effectively through a series of engaging exercises and activities.

The Need For Belonging: Belonging To A Group

Knowing how to introduce ourselves, how to form connections, and how to maintain a conversation in a group can be overwhelming. This course will support students in building the skills that will allow them to feel comfortable connecting with others and building relationships.
