About

I’m Nadia Odeh, the founding directer for BEF Education. I founded BEF Education, LLC in 2017 when I made the decision to transform my passion for education into building an organization that aims to empower students in becoming self-directed individuals who are passionate about learning. My educational background includes a B.S. in Behavioral Psychology and a Master of Education in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a National Board Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Illinois, and Licensed Educator with an endorsement in school counseling through the Illinois State Board of Education with certification to teach students K-12.

My role in the field of education has certainly shifted in different directions throughout the past 10 years and ultimately evolved into what it is today, which is fulfilling the role as a Managing Director of an organization that aims to provide practical, effective, and sometimes unconventional methods to help struggling students.

At BEF Education, we specialize in academic and behavioral interventions. We offer a unique brand of skills and a wide range of expertise to support a diverse population of students of all ages.  Our services range from academic tutoring and executive function coaching to parent workshops and online courses. Those we support get the advantage of one-on-one service, unmatched training and expertise, and unconventional methods well beyond your typical educational provider.  We utilize comprehensive assessments to reveal your specific needs, and provide creative solutions that address the root cause, preparing students to achieve their fullest potential.
